- After-Sales Service:
Our after-sales service is available within 7 days of receiving the product. After 7 days, no after-sales service will be provided. As the products are medicinal herbs, please ensure you record a clear unboxing video. If there are any product issues, please provide the unboxing video and contact customer service within 7 working days to resolve the matter. For returns, the product must be mostly intact, and the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
- Product Fragility:
To extend product shelf life, we use a drying process. As a result, these products may become fragile and prone to breaking during shipping, which is normal and does not affect the nutritional value. If you are seeking perfection, please carefully consider this before purchasing.
- Shipping and Delivery Time:
Production Time: Typically within 2-3 working days to ensure product freshness.
Delivery Time: Shipping typically takes 2-10 days depending on the destination.
To expedite the process and ensure prompt delivery, production and shipment will begin immediately after the order is placed.
Weight Variation:
Due to humidity and the precision of measuring tools, slight weight variations may occur. A margin of ±2 grams is considered normal.
- Shipping Fees:
Free shipping is available for orders over $99. Actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout (varying by country, weight, and shipping method).
- Insurance:
Insurance is optional and can be selected based on your needs. Insurance coverage varies based on the total product value and destination. If there is any damage during shipping, insurance will cover the loss. Customers without insurance will not be eligible for compensation.
